what is cups and conversation?
Cups and Conversation was created to help you recognize the small moments in life. Encouraging you to pause and enjoy your days. It’s a friendly reminder that you matter.
Creating these moments is so important. Simple conversations or deliberate reflection can lead to big ideas, wonderful collaborations, lifelong friendships and so much more. Use our cups and cards as motivators to create change in you, in your community and in the world.

Maybe our thoughts will spark some conversation in your circle.
About
Like all good movements, this one was started through a personal experience. Mine had to do with family and the gift we all have of cherishing our moments, each day.
You see, no one knows exactly when my grandmother started to develop Alzheimer’s disease. No one knows exactly when she, herself started to realize something was wrong. What we do know is that this terrible disease ultimately took her life, through a slow unyielding process….bit, by bit.
When you watch someone you love fade, you begin to relish in the small moments. The soft humming of a favorite song or the flutter of eyelids as one drifts off to sleep. Making an effort to recognize these moments, sitting with them for a while is a gift. Give yourself that gift by recognizing a moment each day. We invite you to join us. #cupsandconversation
I live most of my moments in the wonderful city of Columbus, OH with my husband Mike. Together we love traveling, volunteering at various charities and we're always up for a good cup of coffee, good glass of wine and great conversation. XOXO ~jill g.
