Cups And Conversation has been a quiet whisper in my head for some time now. Reluctantly I have to admit I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I spend way too much time alone with my ideas when I really just need to simply put them out into the world.
You have stumbled upon one of those ideas….the debut concept, a fun mug and colorful cards all created to motivate YOU to be more present. As I note on the website, I believe recognizing daily moments is so important. Simple conversations or deliberate reflection can lead to big ideas, wonderful collaborations, lifelong friendships and so much more. The fun items serve as simple motivators to create change in you, in your community and in the world.

I noticed this years ago when my grandmother became ill. You see, no one knows exactly when my grandmother started to develop Alzheimer’s disease. No one knows exactly when she, herself started to realize something was wrong. What we do know is that this terrible disease ultimately took her life, through a slow unyielding process….bit, by bit.
When you watch someone you love fade, you begin to relish the small moments. The soft humming of a favorite song or the flutter of eyelids as one drifts off to sleep.
I hope my work on this website inspires you. I wish for you to be present, don’t take your moments for granted. Get out into this world and make an impact.
